All products are carefully packed and shipped in good condition. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe delivery, the Company shall not be held liable for any damage occurring during transit caused by third-party logistics providers.
Shipping charges are determined by the respective courier partners and are calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and the shipping option selected by the customer. These charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Upon successful placement of an order, the customer will receive order confirmation and relevant updates via Email and/or SMS, including shipment and tracking details.
