During the checkout process, customers will be provided with a list of available courier partners, along with applicable charges and estimated delivery timelines. The customer may select the preferred shipping option at their discretion.
Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 72 hours from the time of order confirmation, subject to product availability and operational conditions.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the courier partner, delivery location, and unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier partners or events beyond its reasonable control.
Customers may track their orders using the airway bill (AWB) number provided at the time of shipment through the respective courier partner’s tracking system.
